Brief History
The Pristine Development Company Limited started out from our construction company Alan Parks & Sachs Limited, founded in the United Kingdom and started operations in Nigeria in 2010, undertaking developments in the Residential and Commercial Sectors in different parts of Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

With over 17 years industry experience, Gbenga is registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and a qualified Project Management Professional. Gbenga plays a pivotal role in the identification and implementation of Pristine Development’s strategic business objectives.
He is proficient in project management, critical path analysis, estimating techniques and in the use of earned value techniques in the delivery of projects with schedule and budget constraints.
He is an entrepreneur with an excellent record of initiating and leading turnaround growth strategies in complex project/product implementation and distribution environments.
